Carrying influences from hardcore punk, the band Pissed Jeans makes noise rock with screamed vocals, approaching chaotic grunge. Formed in 2004 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the American band initially consisted of Matt Korvette, Bradley Fry, Dave Rosenstrauss and Tim. 

In 2005, the band released their first album, Shallow, on the Parts Unknown label. Soon after, Tim, the drummer, left the group, being replaced by Sean McGuinness. 

Pissed Jeans signed with Sub Pop Records, through which they released the albums Hope for Men (2007), King of Jeans (2009),  Honeys (2013) e Why Love Now (2017) and Half Divorced (2024).
