Garbage will release his seventh album, entitled No Gods No Masters, on June 11th. The band shared the video for the first single, "The Men Who Rule the World"
No Gods No Masters
Despite only arriving in 2021, No Gods No Masters had its recording sessions started in 2018.
In a statement, the band wrote:
This is our seventh record, the significant numerology of which affected the DNA of its content: the seven virtues, the seven sorrows, and the seven deadly sins. It was our way of trying to make sense of how fucking nuts the world is and the astounding chaos we find ourselves in. It’s the record we felt that we had to make at this time.
The deluxe version of No Gods No Masters features covers of “Starman” (David Bowie) and "Because the Night" (Bruce Springsteen).
