Born William John Paul Gallagher on September 21, 1972 in Manchester, Englishman Liam Gallagher became known as the lead singer of the band Oasis, one of the most important of the so-called Britpop, a British musical movement of the 1990s.

Alongside his brother Noel Gallagher,, Liam led Oasis from 1991 until 2010, the year the band disbanded.

After the breakup of Oasis, Liam formed the band Beady Eye, which released the albums Different Gear, Still Speeding (2011) and BE (2013). In 2014, he announced the end of this band.

In 2017, Liam Gallagher released his first solo album titled As You Were. Why Me? Why Not., the second, came out in 2019. A new work arrived in 2022, titled C'mon You Know.
