Brazilian musician born in São Paulo in 1976, Luciano Nakata Albuquerque, known as Curumin, started his solo career in 2003, when he released the album Achados e Perdidos. His music encompasses influences from soul, American funk, samba and hip hop.
Their second album, JapanPopShow, was released in 2008.
Curumin played drums with names such as Paula Lima (between 1997 and 2002), Arnaldo Antunes (between 1999 and 2013), Vanessa da Matta (2006) and Céu (2007), among others. In 2012, he released his third album, titled Arrocha. A new work, called Boca, arrived in 2017.
