Considered one of the best rock guitarists to emerge at the beginning of the 21st century, the American Jack White was born in Detroit - as John Anthony Gillis - on July 9, 1975. Singer, musician and music producer, Jack White formed The White Stripes in 1997, along with Meg White. The duo released six studio albums between 1999 and 2007. In 2011, the end of the band was announced. Before that end, Jack White had already been involved in other projects, including two bands that had a lot of prominence in the alternative rock scene: The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather.

Jack White released his first solo album — Blunderbuss — in April 2012 through his own label, Third Man Records. In 2014, the musician released Lazaretto, the second. A new album Boarding House Reach came out in 2018. Fear of the Dawn, a more traditional rock work, arrived in April 2022. In July of the same year, the singer released Entering Heaven Alive, a folk-based album.

In 2024, he released No Name.
