Australian based in the United States, Hazel English had her name circulating on the independent music scene in 2016 with the release of her first songs, more precisely with the release of her EP 'Never Going Home', which served as a broader sample of her melancholy indie pop.
In May 2017, she released the double EP ‘Just Give In / Never Going Home’ on Polyvinyl.
